How they fit together
One contract, four parts, two side documents.
The Client Agreement is the contract
It covers your account, your funds and our obligations to each other. The Risk Disclosure Notice, Order Execution Policy, Privacy Notice and AML and KYC Policy are incorporated into it and form part of it.
The Website Terms are separate
They cover your use of this website: intellectual property, acceptable use and disclaimers. They do not govern the trading account or your funds.
The Copy Trading Terms apply only if you turn copy trading on
Copy trading is off by default. If you publish your trades or mirror another trader, these terms apply alongside the Client Agreement.
