These Terms of Use (the "Website Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.tfcglobalmarkets.com and any subdomain or successor domain (the "Website"), operated by TFC Funder Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17173699, trading as TFC Global Markets (the "Firm", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website you agree to be bound by these Website Terms.

These Website Terms cover your use of the Website. They do not govern the trading account, the trading services, or the handling of your funds. Those matters are governed by the Client Agreement (see /legal/client-agreement) together with the Risk Disclosure Notice (see /legal/risk-disclosure), the Order Execution Policy (see /legal/order-execution-policy), the Privacy Notice (see /legal/privacy), and the AML/KYC Policy (see /legal/aml-kyc). Where there is any conflict between these Website Terms and the Client Agreement in respect of the trading relationship, the Client Agreement prevails.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. Any decision you make in reliance on Website content is made at your own risk. Trading in leveraged financial products carries a high risk of loss, and the Risk Disclosure Notice (see /legal/risk-disclosure) sets out those risks in full.
